We buy from official UK distribution and trusted trade partners we know by name — never marketplace "warehouse deals", never mystery pallets. If we can't trace a box to the factory, we don't sell it.

Genuine factory shrink has a distinctive fold pattern, seam and vent placement. Every box is checked against a reference example of its set. Loose, glossy or double-seamed wrap fails on the spot.

Tins, ETBs and blisters get a weight check and a look at the tamper points — the spots where resealers get lazy. Anything outside tolerance gets opened, verified and sold honestly as opened product instead.

Your actual item is photographed — wrap, corners, seals — before it goes in the box. If there's ever a dispute with the courier, you and we both have the receipts.

Corner protection, void fill, water-resistant wrap and a tracked service as standard. Sealed product is an investment — it should arrive mint, not "mostly fine".
